Election News Backgrounds 4 is a pack of 12 total election background animations. 6 election style backgrounds, and 6 animations containing an alpha channel to be used as transparent overlays. Each election background animation is 20 seconds long, and completely loopable, which allows you to easily create longer durations if you wish.
